Yes, we offer buffet continental breakfast to our guests.

Check-in: from 2.30 pm.
Check-out: before 10.30 am.

Is English spoken fluently?
Yes.

Does the hotel offer a Tourist Information Service?
Yes, and we even organize our own city tours.

Is there a restaurant on the property?
No, unfortunately not.

Do any rooms have balconies or terraces?
Yes, some have small terraces or balconies overlooking the Duomo.

Is there Satellite TV in all the rooms?
We have TV in every room with some international channels, but we do not have
Satellite TV.

How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift)?
We are at the fifth floor of a modern building with elevator.

Where can we rent a car?
Less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Do you cater for smokers?
Yes, we can cater for your needs on request.

Are there quiet rooms?
We have both quiet rooms (facing the back of the building) and romantic rooms with a view (facing the street but with a view of the Duomo).

Are the rooms air conditioned?
Yes, the entire property is air conditioned.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
We have air conditioning in some rooms with no extra charge

Is there an extra charge for this?
No, we offer this free of charge to our guests.

Yes, we have.

Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.

Yes, with a small additional charge.

No, but you can find the shuttle at the train station, only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

No, unfortunately not.

Not at the hotel but these facilities are provided at a center only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Yes, we accept pets without any extra charge.
